Clear fee structure
For Cambodia property listings, MyTradeHub charges 1% of the listed property value or the final accepted value if different. Other assets may have a minimum. Agency commissions are separate.
One shared process
Use the partner portal to manage your work and documents.
Cambodia Real Estate Partner Program
For property sales, purchases, trades and auctions only — not leases or rentals. The proposed exclusive agency receives 20% of MyTradeHub's collected 1% platform fee for covered closings, paid from MyTradeHub's fee. It keeps the brokerage agreed with its own client. For a MyTradeHub referral, the proposed 3% brokerage splits 2% to the agency and 1% to MyTradeHub, subject to client agreement and law.
How closing works: P&A Asia Law Office coordinates with the real estate agency and approves the transaction before escrow deposits. Only an approved escrow provider handles funds. No exclusive appointment or escrow partnership exists without separate approval and a signed agreement.
