This Privacy Policy explains how MyTradeHub handles personal information when you use the Trade Hub, create an account, list assets, make offers, bid in auctions, use partner workspaces or participate in transaction workflows.
1. Information we collect

- Asset and listing information: descriptions, photographs, location, values, ownership or authority information, supporting documents and listing preferences.
- Transaction information: offers, counters, bids, bidding limits, transaction snapshots, conditions, settlement status, escrow-waiver choices, provider references and transaction history.
- Verification and partner information: identity, ownership, authority, due-diligence, inspection, professional credential, organization membership or compliance information when a workflow requires it.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, authentication events, application logs, security events and diagnostic information.
2. Information from sign-in providers
If you sign in with Google, MyTradeHub receives the information authorized through the Google authentication flow, such as your basic profile information and email address. We use it to authenticate your account, maintain your profile, prevent fraud and secure the service. MyTradeHub does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or unrelated Google content merely to provide Google sign-in.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, Trade Hub listings, offers, trades, auctions and transaction workflows.
- Authenticate users and protect account and platform security.
- Display public listings and profile information that a user chooses to publish.
- Support ownership, authority, identity, due-diligence, payment, escrow, settlement, trustee and transfer workflows where applicable.
- Scope partner access to the relevant organization, capability and assigned matter.
- Detect fraud, misuse, prohibited activity, technical failures and security incidents.
- Maintain legal-acceptance, transaction and audit records, resolve disputes and enforce platform terms.
- Improve reliability, performance, accessibility and user experience.
- Meet legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, AML/KYC or lawful process requirements where applicable.
4. Legal grounds and user direction
Depending on the jurisdiction and activity, we process information to perform the service you request, take steps at your direction, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate security and business interests, establish or defend legal claims, or based on consent where consent is required.
5. Service providers and sharing
MyTradeHub uses infrastructure and technology providers to operate the service. Current core providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting and Cloudflare R2 for private object storage. Google may process information when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process information according to their own contractual and security obligations.
Information may also be shared with counterparties and relevant professional or transaction providers where necessary for a transaction you choose to pursue, including banking, escrow, trustee, payment, inspection, logistics, legal, accounting, valuation or verification providers. Access is intended to be limited to the information reasonably needed for the relevant role and matter. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights. MyTradeHub does not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Public, private and partner information
Information you intentionally publish in a listing or public profile may be visible to other users or visitors. Private identity, transaction and institutional information is intended to be disclosed progressively only to authorized participants, assigned partner organizations, service providers or authorities as required by the relevant workflow or law. A partner's access to one assigned matter does not give it access to unrelated private records.
7. Photos and documents
Asset media and governed files may be stored in private object storage and delivered through time-limited signed access links. Publicly listed asset photos may be viewable to Trade Hub users according to the listing's visibility and access rules. Do not upload information you are not authorized to disclose.
8. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
MyTradeHub may use browser storage and similar technologies to maintain sessions, legal-consent state, preferences, interface state, security controls and other functionality. Authentication providers may also use cookies or similar technologies as part of secure sign-in.
9. International processing
Infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. We use reasonable contractual, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service and applicable law when information is processed across borders.
10. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain transaction, legal-acceptance and audit records, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and prevent fraud or abuse. Different categories of information may be kept for different periods. Information may be retained longer when required by law or reasonably necessary for an active dispute, investigation or transaction.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication controls, row-level database authorization, organization-scoped partner access, private object storage, short-lived signed media access and restricted administrative workflows. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Your choices and rights
You may update available account and profile information, control what you choose to list or publish, and stop using the service. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some information may need to be retained for legal, transaction-record, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution reasons.
13. Children
MyTradeHub is not intended for children to independently conduct legally binding asset transactions. Users must meet applicable age and legal-capacity requirements for the activities they undertake.
14. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as MyTradeHub develops, providers change or legal requirements evolve. The current version will be posted here with its effective date and, where appropriate, renewed acknowledgement may be requested.
