What is MyTradeHub?
MyTradeHub is a platform for listing, trading and auctioning property. It helps organize offers, bids, documents, payments and the steps needed to complete a transaction.
What is the Trade Hub?
The Trade Hub is where users browse properties and make offers using property, cash, or both.
What can users do?
Users can list properties, browse other listings, make offers, respond to counteroffers and join supported auctions.
Does MyTradeHub own the properties?
No. The property stays with its legal owner until the required transfer is completed.
Does MyTradeHub hold money?
No. Payments, escrow and banking services are handled by the appropriate bank or other authorized provider when needed.
What is escrow?
Escrow means an independent provider holds money during the transaction and releases it when the agreed conditions are met.
How do auctions work?
Each auction shows its start and end time, opening bid, minimum price if any, bid steps and any bidder requirements.
Can banks auction property?
Yes, when the bank has the legal right and required approvals to sell the property. MyTradeHub provides the auction and transaction process.
What is a trustee-supported property structure?
In some countries, a licensed or authorized trustee may hold the registered title while the rights under the trust change between the parties. This is used only where local law allows it.
Does a trustee structure remove normal legal or tax requirements?
No. The parties still need to follow the legal, tax, registration and approval rules that apply to the transaction.
What is a Partner organization?
A Partner is an approved bank, real-estate company, law firm, valuation company, trustee or other professional provider that helps with part of a transaction.
Can one partner provide more than one service?
Yes, if the organization is properly licensed or authorized for each service.
What does a legal partner do?
A legal partner can review title, documents, transfer requirements and other legal matters for the transaction.
Can one partner see another partner's private information?
No. Each partner can see only the information and work assigned to its organization.
Who is responsible for title transfer and taxes?
The buyer, seller and their professional advisers are responsible for the legal documents, taxes, registration and property transfer required by law.
Where do users sign in?
Regular users sign in on mytradehub.me and continue to the Trade Hub.
Where do partners sign in?
Approved partners sign in at partner.mytradehub.me.
Where do MyTradeHub staff sign in?
Authorized MyTradeHub Admins and Super Admins sign in with their normal MyTradeHub account and open Admin from Profile.
